Mariland of Beauty

Hey Fashbefrienders,

To start the year off fresh and new, I’ve added a beauty segment preferably make-up and skin care products: some that I favor and some that are trending. To begin, I organized my make-up suitcase before the New Year came in which includes high-end Chanel eye shadow and drugstore make-up like NYX Matte Lip Stick and Cover Girl foundation.

Here are my top make-up and skin care items that I use on a daily basis and occasionally for a night out.

(Love Halo lip gloss, NYX Gloss and Matte Lip stick, L.A. Girl Pro Concealer and NK Super lip shimmer)

Love Halo Lip Gloss – $10
NYX Cosmetic Lip Gloss – $6
NK Super Lip Shimmer – $1.49
L.A. Girl Pro Concealer – $5
NYX Matte Lipstick – $6

Make up and Skin Care go hand and hand for one washes the other. Under make up, skin can be filled with acne, dark marks, scars and all kinds of issues affiliated with exposure to the wrong care that may be damaging to the skin. I have fell victim to that and gained pimples, dark marks and scars. With no way to eliminate my skin issues, I used more make up to hide them and ended up with more skin problems. Finally, I saw a dermatologist and he recommended face wash and moisturizer that helped with breakouts. Below is what I purchased from Rite-Aid but these items are available at any drugstore.

CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser – $16.99 / CeraVe Facial Moisturizing Lotion – $14.99

With every beauty product, there is a skin care product available. Some make up products even have ingredients to help with skin problems. Stay tuned and I’ll inform you.

A New Year is a chance to bring out New Trends to Befriend – that includes Beauty and Skin Care.
